Experience & Requirements
7+ Years of experience as Human Resources at a professional level with managerial responsibility.
Experience in Healthcare Environment preferred.
PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
Experience in managing in multiple states
Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources or related field
Master’s degree/MBA preferred
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Knowledge of the legal environment at National, State, and Local levels.
A background check, security clearance and drug screening are required for this role.

Responsibilities
Below is a list of your responsibilities as a Human Resources Business Partner III with YesCare:
Assists in the development and implementation of human resources policies to meet organizational needs and comply with state and federal laws. Works with operational leadership to develop strategic initiatives to achieve company goals.
Supports organization effectiveness by developing and implementing solutions aligned to business strategy.
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation as it relates to hiring, compensation, performance management, benefits and other team member related matters to regional and field management.
Advises leadership regarding hiring decisions, equal employment opportunity, compensation, benefits, and health/safety issues.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of associates, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
Leads and manages terminations, layoffs and other separation and/or associate discipline issues with regional and field based leadership as needed.
Serves as the liaison between field leadership, corporate HR and legal team; provides support in the investigation of employee issues, legal compliance, DOL investigations and implementation of human resources related systems.
Analyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies. Works with regional leadership to develop and implement strategies to support the operational needs.
Partners with the Talent Management COE to identify opportunities for training within the region. Acts as the liaison with the Talent Management COE and operational leadership on implementation of talent management initiatives for a region.
Leads the HR vision and takes an active role in ensuring the HR Operating Model is embedded successfully.
Partners with the HR Service Center, operational leadership and legal to ensure Compliance Line alerts are thoroughly and timely investigated.
Works in conjunction with Corporate Assistant Director of HR on new contracts and transitioning contracts ensuring employees have proper communication and support.
Promotes positive employee relations throughout the region by partnering with operations leaders to conduct employee surveys, climate studies and skip-level meetings.
Partners with operations and compensation to conduct wage analyses considering market, minimum wage changes, shift differentials and other competitive factors.
Responds to union organizing, ensuring managers are trained on awareness and appropriate follow-up steps. Partners with the HR Service Center, legal and operational leadership to minimize risk.
Assists in the development and implementation of human resources policies to meet organizational needs and comply with state and federal laws. Works with Corporate HR to develop strategic initiatives to achieve company goals.
Monitor requests for accommodation and leave of absence for the region, considering federal and state laws, and in partnership with legal team.
Perform other duties as needed.
