YesCare Corp Sourcing Specialist (Remote) in United States
Experience & Requirements
BS/BA from an accredited college or university preferred.
2 years of sourcing experience in healthcare preferred.
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Publisher, Outlook, etc.
Responsibilities
Identify key sourcing channels and post job openings to connect and engage with both active and passive candidates, including but not limited to, Indeed, LinkedIn, Boolean, social media, text and email campaigns, and niche job boards.
Update and conduct outreach through our applicant tracking system with candidate information, as well as other tasks determined by the Director of Talent Acquisition.
Foster relationships with local schools and universities targeting students, recent graduates, and alumni for LPN, CNA, MA, RN, Behavioral Health and Provider roles.
Deliver exceptional candidate experience and foster strong relationships with key partners including recruiters and candidates.
Participate in virtual and on-site career fairs through schools, organizations and job boards representing YesCare and attracting candidates to correctional healthcare, as needed.
Work on special sourcing projects with the Director of Talent Acquisition building specific strategies related to DEI, marketing, and employer branding.
Other duties as assigned.
