Experience & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience

  • 8+ years of Executive Administrative assistance support expertise, preferred

  • 2+ years of Supervisory experience

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills – Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point

  • Strong verbal and written and presentation communication skills

  • Must exhibit a high degree of professionalism

  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization

A background check, security clearance and drug screening are required for this role.

Responsibilities

Below is a list of your responsibilities as a Senior Executive Assistant with YesCare:

  • Anticipate the needs of CEO and SVP/CHRO.

  • Maintains calendars, schedules appointments to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Generates reports, completes special projects independently in an efficient and timely manner, and prepares and monitors office invoices and expense reports.

  • Makes necessary arrangements for meetings, special functions, and travel accurately and efficiently. Prepares all necessary materials for meetings and special events, as requested, and disperses business materials to the appropriate recipients.

  • Compose memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations.

  • Manages administrative staff.

  • Provides training for administrative staff as needed.

  • Responsible for creative content and communications for executive and administrative departments.

  • Manages HR administrative duties.

  • May partner with the Employee Experience Team.

  • May assist HR with onboarding on an as needed basis.

  • May act as the CEO designee.

  • Completion of special projects and initiatives on an as needed basis.

  • Other duties may be assigned.
