Experience & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Recent clinical recruiting experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with hiring manager and internal/external stakeholders.
Effective candidate sourcing and attraction strategies using social media, job boards, job descriptions and postings.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to candidates, managers, and other employees of the organization.
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skill.
Highly organized administrative skill.
Ability to manage time and resources effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
Travel to correctional facilities, regional offices, client, or vendor sites as needed.
A background check, security clearance and drug screening are required for this role.

Proactively sources candidates in a competitive healthcare field, identifying RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other roles as needed for correctional facilities.
Strategically builds pipeline of candidates through innovative sourcing, marketing, and networking practices.
Collaborate with local schools and universities to attract current students, recent graduates, alumni, as well as coordination of job fairs and events, as needed.
Consult with HR partners and business stakeholders to define staffing needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
Effectively communicate with hiring managers and their staff, providing thorough and timely updates on the status of their open roles.
Effectively communicate YesCare’s value proposition to candidates. Manages process to maximize candidate experience and hiring cycle time.
Assess candidate skill and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Maintain a candidate pipeline by establishing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates.
Maintain accurate records in iCIMS.
Communicate and present process changes, enhancements and modifications to management, peers, staff, and other employees so that issues and solutions are understood. Incorporate “best practices” approach.
Oversee administrative responsibilities for all internal transfers.
Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
Other duties as assigned by management.
